The location was great with access to some amazing views. the two staff members we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our transportation was arranged timely and efficiently. We appreciated their patience and helpfulness. the wifi was reliable and fast which was a nice surprise.
The check-in and check-out process lacked any kind of system and took longer than expected. the bathrooms were missing basic toiletries and the door of our room was broken.

We stayed at a hotel with a beautiful location near Moc Chau. the room we had was spacious, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Although the bathroom lacked basic amenities, two of the staff members were extremely helpful and assisted us with our transportation needs. the resort offered a buggy service, and we were grateful for the patience of one staff member named Shanghai.
The check-in and check-out process was disorganized.

The helpful staff made the stay more enjoyable! Shanghai and another staff member went above and beyond to assist us with transportation, which helped us make the most of our trip. the location near beautiful natural attractions made for a memorable vacation. Lastly, the clean and comfortable accommodations exceeded my expectations.
There were a few issues during my stay. the check-in and check-out process could have been smoother and the breakfast options were limited.

As soon as I arrived at this hotel, the luxurious ambiance captivated me. the exclusive amenities were top, notch, particularly the in, room breakfast which was well, prepared and served on time. the bar/lounge area was beautifully decorated adding to the overall luxurious experience. the well, maintained garden area and the sun terrace provided a serene atmosphere to relax and unwind. the room advantages were exceptional, providing comfort and a cozy feel.
